The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for Washington, D.C. ruled today in favor of the DEA’s decision to keep marijuana a Schedule I drug–a classification

When it comes to regulating drugs – like we have done here in New Zealand with new legal highs – we see that the threshold for approval as a ‘safe’ is set so high that it’s hard to imagine any drug will be approved.
