Drug and alcohol addicts may face longer waiting times for treatment as services brace for an influx of about 700 welfare beneficiaries needing assessment every year after failing

What a waste of precious drug treatment resources that should be reserved for people who have a drug problem and want help rather than get clogged up by people who test positive for drug use who don’t necessarily have any drug problem and don’t necessarily want and need help..
